As managers, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to take on many tasks and to get things done. Especially as leaders of small organizations – do you do that?? So how do you get rid of all the mindless clutter?
Sometimes we need to learn to step back, evaluate what’s in front of us, and enjoy the moment. One of the ways to do this is to assess the value or need of each task item or objective. If it is relevant within the realm your purpose or overall goal, then it may be meaningful. Contrarily, if it adds moments of chaos, perhaps it is not ideal for what you need in your circle.
